Last updated: 2026-09-09 14:02:51

UtaProxy works with most popular browsers available today. If you encounter any issues while setting up your proxy, our support team is always available to help you complete the configuration.

In this guide, we will use Google Chrome as an example. The setup process is similar for other browsers.

Step 1: Open Google Chrome and click the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Go to Extensions and select Visit Chrome Web Store.

Step 3: Search for a trusted proxy management extension. In this guide, we use SessionBox as an example. Search for SessionBox and click Add to Chrome to install it.

Step 4: After installation, click the Extensions icon in the Chrome toolbar to view your installed extensions.

Step 5: Open SessionBox. You will need to create an account or sign in to sync and manage your sessions.

Step 6: Once your account is set up, visit any website and open the SessionBox menu again to create your first session.

Step 7: Create a new session in SessionBox.

Step 8: Open the session configuration settings.

Step 9: Click the Settings option and select the proxy configuration section.

Step 10: Enter your proxy information:

Name: Create a name for your proxy

Type: Select your proxy type

Address: Enter your proxy server address

Port: Enter your proxy port
