How Does IP Rotation Work?

IP rotation is the process of automatically changing the IP address used for your connection. Instead of using the same IP for every request, a rotating proxy assigns different IP addresses from its available IP pool.

With UtaProxy rotating proxies, IP rotation works based on your selected settings, such as:
- Time-based rotation
The IP address changes after a specific time period.  
- Session-based rotation
A new IP address is assigned when a new session starts.

The rotation process helps provide flexible connections and allows you to access the internet through different IP addresses.

For example:

You connect to a rotating proxy endpoint.
The proxy assigns an available IP address from the proxy pool.
After the rotation condition is reached, a new IP address is assigned automatically.

This allows you to manage multiple connections while reducing the need to manually change IP addresses.
