Refund Policy

If you have any concerns or issues related to our services, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] first. We will review your request and make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly and promptly, generally within 3 business days.

If the matter cannot be resolved through Customer Support, you may further pursue the dispute in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out in our Terms of Service.

We only support refunds in the following situations:

1. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchased the same plan twice and neither plan has been used, we will refund the duplicate order in full.

1. Wrong Plan Selection

If you purchased the wrong plan and have not used it, we will refund the difference or cancel the order and issue a full refund.

For both cases above, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase. Refund requests submitted after the plan has been used—even partially—will not be accepted.

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

1. Account Suspension

If your account is suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., illegal activities, abuse, or policy violations), you are not eligible for a refund.

1. Plan Expiration

If your plan duration has expired, refund requests will not be accepted.

1. Used Service

Once the proxy service has been used—even partially—the plan is no longer eligible for refund. This includes any traffic consumption or successful connection made through our proxies.

1. Third-Party Blocks

We do not guarantee that our proxies will work with every website or platform. If a third-party website blocks our IPs, this is not grounds for a refund.

1. Self-Configuration

Issues caused by your own configuration errors, network infrastructure, or failure to follow our integration guides do not qualify for refunds. Connection quality and speed limitations subject to the capabilities of third parties beyond UtaProxy's control. UtaProxy does not guarantee the quality of Internet connections provided by third-party Internet service providers. Any issues related to connection speed parameters are considered non-refundable.

1. IP Quality Assessment

If you have concerns about the quality or classification of a proxy IP, IP information will be assessed based on the results shown by IPinfo. To maintain a consistent and objective standard and avoid discrepancies between different IP-checking services, UtaProxy will use IPinfo as the reference for IP-related assessments. Results from other third-party IP-checking services will not be used as the basis for refund requests. Thus, we recommend you claim a free trial before purchasing.

1. Cryptocurrency Payment

Orders paid with cryptocurrency are non-refundable. Please make sure you understand and accept this policy before placing your order.

Please note that transaction fees incurred during the original payment are non-refundable. For payments made through PayPal or credit card, a transaction fee of approximately 4% will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, the refundable amount for a $30 plan would be $28.80 (excluding the transaction fee).

This deduction applies to all refunded plans and reflects the fees charged by our payment processors.

If you are using our free trial, no refund applies as no payment has been collected. You may cancel your trial at any time without obligation.

UtaProxy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
